We are excited to be hosting these workshops in partnership with Money Mentors. Each presentation will be held virtually by zoom and registration is required. Needs and wants, and their differences, are explored. Grade 2 students will get a better understanding of the names and values of Canadian bank notes and coins. The presentation ends with an interactive “money match” and “shopping” game during which they learn the costs of everyday items, and practice their math skills.
