    The Town of High River’s FCSS helps connect people with resources to help with food and essentials, senior supports, health and mental wellness, financial assistance, housing and more. Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) is a partnership between the Province and Town of High River, developing locally driven preventive social initiatives to enhance the well-being of individuals, families and communities.

    FCSS offers a variety of services, including the following:

    Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) is a partnership between the Province and Foothills County that develops, coordinates, and provides Foothills residents with a variety of preventive social programs. It enhances the social well being of individuals, families and communities through the provision of funding to non-profit community based programs that meet the requirements of the Provincial FCSS Act and Regulation

  • Nanton Quality of Life Foundation

    On a daily basis, Nanton Quality of Life Foundation staff are available to assist community members in the following ways:

    ● Refer community members to appropriate support programs;

    ● Assist community members who require information regarding government services;

    ● Assist and refer community members in accessing appropriate social supports or services;

    ● Assist community members who require assistance completing government forms;

    ● Provide community members with crisis support.

    In addition to the above, Nanton Quality of Life Foundation staff provides the Nanton and Area FCSS program. This includes child and youth programming, programming for seniors and adults, and programming for the family. Please call our office to inquire into programs throughout the year.
