Fear-Less isn’t about eliminating fear altogether – sometimes, fear protects us. Instead, it’s about giving your family a toolbox of strategies, skills, and knowledge to manage anxious feelings and stop unnecessary worrying. This 2 hour workshop introduces tools that support families with children 6-12 years old who struggle with anxiety, fear or worry. We will explore how anxiety works, modeling strategies for our children, understanding and teaching the value of flexible thinking and strategies for coping and managing children’s anxiety effectively.
