Participants will explore and learn through hands on activities addressing and opening discussions surrounding mental health and stigma. Tween Connection will explore themes such as

• My identity-my strength

• Stress Busters

• Riding the Wave

• Connections and Kindness

  This class is for 11-13 year olds and will run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Registration is required.
