Family Transitions is a program for divorced or separated parents. It provides you new ways to support your child – and yourself – from the fallout from a family split. Family Transitions is being offered in a group with other parents, with one of our trained facilitators. We will discuss new ideas, techniques and strategies to help you through the day-to-day dramas and ongoing trauma of transitioning through separation or divorce.
